[25] Coach Beyond

There is so much value in supporting our clients to explore their present situation and widen their view of what is currently happening. However, as coaches, we are also called to support our clients to see "beyond their current thinking." This is our ability to transport the client into a paradigm they don't yet see but are eager to create. How can we intentionally open the door for the client to stretch their point of view and verbalize what they are truly looking for?
