PRIME Coach Training Program

Who this is for: Individuals who have completed an ICF Level 1 program (or equivalent).

The Level 2 part of the PRIME Coach Training Program is designed for the serious-minded professional who is ready to push their coaching skills to the masterful level. This program meets the educational requirements for the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation. Level 2 training will give you the skills to conduct high-impact coaching for sustainable change and transformational growth.

You’ll learn:

  • Our proprietary PRIMEplus coaching model.
  • Methods to get to the source versus coaching the symptoms
  • How to coach the whole person (not the problem)
  • Deeper understanding of the coaching conversational framework and how it supports move coachees forward faster and with less effort
  • Methods to coach through the unseen, unheard and less obvious obstacles
  • How to sharpen your listening for the meaning between and beyond the words
  • Techniques to ensure the coachee is aligning their choices, decisions and results with their values
  • Advanced growth and development for the coach

Program Overview

The Level 2 part of the PRIME Coach Training Program is designed for serious-minded professionals ready to advance their coaching skills to a masterful level. You will complete 75 hours of training over the course of six months, which will support you to build your comprehension and skills beyond the foundational level into a more nuanced, profound, and impactful approach to your coaching.

  • Learning Rigor
    The program's structure provides a clear roadmap and direction for you to advance your learning with clarity and intention while giving you the proper space and flexibility to process the learning and achieve high levels of professional standards and proficiency.
  • Immersive Learning
    Two three-day intensives will put you in an immersive experience where you will receive more refined learning, such as how to coach the whole person (not just the problem), methods to get to the source versus coaching the symptoms, and techniques to coach the unseen, unheard and less noticeable.
  • Advanced Practice Labs
    The program takes a highly experiential approach. With 24 hours dedicated to practice, you will have ample opportunity to apply your learning in real-world coaching scenarios, gaining valuable feedback, insights, tips, and guidance from Master Certified coaches.
  • Deepening Skills
    You will gain a deeper understanding of the coaching conversational framework and how it supports and moves clients forward faster and with less effort, how to sharpen your listening for the meaning between and beyond the words, using language and sharing information with precision, and techniques to ensure the client is aligning their choices, decisions, and results with their values.
  • Realtime Ethics
    This program will give you experience navigating ethical dilemmas where you will learn to think on your feet and make quick decisions that align with ICF ethics and standards.
  • ICF Certification Preparation
    Upon completion, you will be fully prepared for PCC level certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), including preparation for the credentialing written exam.
  • Advanced Coach Development
    We believe a coach who is not pushing their own personal growing edge will be much less effective in asking the same of their clients. This program includes a developmental process to keep you stretching into your own growth, even after you have completed the program.

All the program features mentioned put the art and science of coaching at the center of learning, allowing you to learn to practice transformational coaching, which not only gets clients the results they seek but also helps them learn more about themselves for profound and sustainable change.

Faculty
All classes and programs are taught by well-seasoned, successful ICF Master Certified Coaches who have over fifteen years of experience training professional coaches. There are two master facilitators co-leading each program.

Online Classroom
Our learning experience includes a state-of-the-art online experience with comprehensive and attractive materials, bringing ease of navigation and depth of understanding.

Cohort Size
Each cohort has a maximum of 24 participants for an intimate class experience.

Live Streaming
Classes are held on Zoom. The same Zoom link is used throughout the entire program. Each student must log in on a laptop or desktop computer. Because we use many features of the Zoom platform, smartphones and tablets are not recommended.

Mentoring Requirements
All mentoring requirements for ICF PCC Certification are built into the program. No additional expenses for mentoring are required.

Classroom Environment
Facilitators are well-versed in addressing the various learning needs of each participant and the collective interests of the cohort. They are highly skilled at creating a brave space that invites learners to experiment, stumble, push back, explore, and challenge thinking. An open, collaborative, free-thinking, casual, and fun environment is created for each cohort by our master facilitators.
