Their paths crossed while collaborating on the overhaul of a flagship program for another coach training organization. Amy, known for her outspoken and edgy demeanor, provided a striking contrast to Elias's reflective and mindful intelligence. Surprisingly, their differences became the foundation for a strong connection, fueled by their shared passion for coaching, unwavering standards, and a compassionate worldview. The dynamic synergy between them quickly ignited a creative spark that continues to burn brightly.

Both Amy and Elias played a crucial role in creating successful coach training programs for various organizations and universities. In keeping with their high standards for coach training, they noticed a trend of organizations prioritizing a transactional over transformative coach approach. This growing competitive landscape led Amy and Elias to witness a decline in standards and the essence of true coaching.

Recognizing the significant changes since Amy's involvement in defining professional coaching and the core competencies of coaching in the early days of the ICF, they set out to establish a coach training program tailored for those pursuing excellence, with a focus on attracting forward-thinking millennials.
