At PRIME Coaching Academy, we value personal connection. The first step in registration is to schedule a brief conversation with one of our Coaching Education Specialists. During this conversation, you will learn more about our approach, have your questions answered, and, if you are ready to move forward, finalize your registration.

You will need six months to complete Level 1 and an additional six months to complete the remaining training hours for Level 2.

You will receive a certificate of program completion, which is required for International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification. The ICF is the only organization that can grant what is today considered the industry standard for professional coaching certification. No other certification is needed beyond that. 

All of our training is done online, so you can participate in the courses without spending commuting time or additional travel expenses.

The entire program (Level 1 and Level 2) provides 150+ hours of training, combining live, online class time (synchronous) and self-study learning (asynchronous).

The short answer is yes! Coaching is rapidly becoming the “must-have” skill for leadership. The way people get trained for these skills is vitally important.
