We have decades of experience creating and facilitating programs for several other prominent ICF accredited coach training schools. We have seen, first-hand, what works and does not work for coaches to become successful in their practices. Now, we have gathered all this experience, tools, and cumulative knowledge and combined them with current industry standard methodologies to produce a specialized, carefully crafted experience focused on the serious-minded learner seeking quality and value.

Amy Ruppert Donovan, MCC, and Elias Scultori, MCC, forged an extraordinary partnership after an unexpected encounter several years ago. Their paths crossed while collaborating on the overhaul of a flagship program for another coach training organization. Amy, known for her outspoken and edgy demeanor, provided a striking contrast to Elias's reflective and mindful intelligence. Surprisingly, their differences became the foundation for a strong connection, fueled by their shared passion for coaching, unwavering standards, and a compassionate worldview. The dynamic synergy between them quickly ignited a creative spark that continues to burn brightly.
